Welcome to our Center!
The Y.M. & Y.W.H.A. of Williamsburg, Inc. Head Start is a wonderful beginning for you and your child. This program operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and serves children who are three and four years of age in a safe, clean, beautiful center. We have been a part of this community for over forty years and many of our former students have entered the field of medicine, law and education. The program is accredited by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Education
The Y.M. & Y.W.H.A. of Williamsburg, Inc. follows the Creative Curriculum. The Creative Curriculum is a forward-thinking, comprehensive, research-based and research-proven curriculum. The Educational program is a series of experiences designed to meet the individual needs of each child. Parents learn how to help young children to develop and grow both physically and mentally.
